Terms of Use ("Terms")
These Terms govern your use of Mutedo's websites, subdomains, products, and services, including www.mutedo.dk, app.mutedo.dk, and any Mutedo applications on Microsoft Teams (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms are issued by Mutedo ApS and its affiliates ("Mutedo", "us", "we").
Ownership: All rights, including intellectual property rights in our Services, are owned by Mutedo. This includes any feedback or suggestions you provide, which we will exclusively own. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.
Usage: You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Certain features of the Services may have additional rules, which will be made available when you use those features.
Additional Terms: Any extra guidelines, terms, or rules,as well as our Privacy Policy, are part of these Terms and apply to your use of our Services.

Accounts

Deleting Your Account: You can delete your Account at any time by contacting support@mutedo.dk. Remember, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account under certain conditions [see Section 7].
Automatic Account Deletion: We may delete your Account at our discretion [see Section 7]. If your Account is scheduled for deletion,we will notify you in advance. If you believe there has been an error, please contact support@mutedo.dk for clarification.
Responsibility for Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login details, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your Account.
Unauthorized Use: If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach, notify us immediately at support@mutedo.dk.
Access to the Services
License: Subject to these Terms, Mutedo grants you a non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This means;
A) Non-commercial Use: You may use the Services for personal use within your organization and not for any business operations or external commercial purposes.
B) Non-transferable: You cannot pass this right to use the Services to someone else.
C) Non-exclusive: The same services are accessible to other users.
D) Revocable: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services according to these Terms.
E) Limited: The license does not extend beyond the use described here.
F) Certain Restrictions: Your use of the Services is subject to the following:
i) You shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services.
ii) You shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Services, except as allowed by law for interoperability.
iii) You shall not use the Services to create a similar or competitive product or service.
iv) You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Services unless explicitly allowed by these Terms.
G) Updates and Changes:
i) Any future updates or additions to the Services are subject to these Terms.
ii) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, potentially without notice to you. Mutedo will not be liable for any changes or downtime.
H) No Support or Maintenance:
i) Mutedo is not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the Services, but if issues arise, please contact us at support@mutedo.dk. We will review and address faults as appropriate and may suspend the Services for maintenance or to introduce new features.
I) Ownership: Except for any User Content you provide, all intellectual property rights in the Services andits content are owned by Mutedo or our suppliers. No rights, ownership, or interests are transferred to you, except for the limited access rights stated in these Terms.
User Content
Definition and Scope: "User Content" refers to anand all informationyou submit to, or use with, the our service.
Responsibility and Risks: You assume all risks associated with the use of your User Content, including reliance on its accuracy and completeness by others. You also acknowledge that your User Content may include personally identifiable information and you consent to its use in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User Content as detailed in our Privacy Policy (www.mutedo.dk/privacy-policy). We will not disclose your User Content to third parties except:
i) With your express consent;
ii) As required by law or regulation;
iii) In case of a breach of our terms related to safeguarding our reputation and protecting our systems.
Use and Restrictions: Your User Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to provide content that:
i) Infringes upon any rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
ii) Is unlawful, harmful, or offensive;
iii) Harms or exploits minors in any way.
Backup and Data Loss: We do not guarantee that we will back up any User Content, which may be deleted at any time without notice. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of User Content.
Feedback: If you provide feedback about our Services, we may use and share this feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you. Please do not include confidential information in your feedback.
Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage
General Use of Our Services: Our services are designed to support workplace health through non-emergency screenings, recommendations,and lifestyle advice. They are not customized for individual needs. It is your responsibility to ensure that our services align with your requirements.
Medical Advice Disclaimer: Our product is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information we offer is intended for general health support at your workplace and should not replace professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personal health issues.
No Promises on Therapeutic Benefits: While our content may aid in general wellness and managing non-critical health issues such as stress or muscle pain, we do not guarantee that it will provide specific health benefits.
Limitations on Liability:
i) We are not liable for losses not caused by our breach of terms or lack of reasonable care.
ii) We do not cover losses related to your business use of our services, such as lost profits or business interruptions.
iii) Our liability is limited to foreseeable losses directly related to our services.
Handling of User Content: We are not responsible for content generated by users of our services. This includes any inaccuracies or suitability of such content.
Interactions With Other Users: Any interactions withother users through our services are your responsibility. We are not liable for any harm resulting from these interactions.
Security of Your Account: We are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access to your account if it is beyond our reasonable control, including failure to comply with security guidelines.

i) Your account and access to our services will cease immediately.
ii) Your user content may be deleted from our databases. We advise you to regularly back up your content as mentioned in Section 6.
Continuing Terms After Termination: Certain sections (2 to 6) will remain applicable even after these terms have ended.
